I don't usually have beer around, but today, I had a couple 12 oz. cans of Rübæus Raspberry Ale from a local brewery called Founder's located here in Detroit. This is a beautiful, fruity ale that has become a local favorite of mine, and who doesn't like to support local businesses, right? This makes 2- 9"x5" loaves.
